6 DINNERS STARTING AT 7PM EVERY NIGHT FROM NOV 30TH - DEC 5TH

FEATURING WINNER OF MASTERCHEF FRANCE 2015
 KHANH-LY HYUNH

ABOUT THE CHEF

Being of Vietnamese descent and having grown up in France, Khanh Ly dabbled in many cuisines and styles of cooking to satiate her curiosity. In 2015, she entered the French edition of Masterchef reality cooking competition and her victory as winner came as a surprise as the youngest and only woman (and Asian) in the finals. It was then she cemented her decision to become a chef and went on to complete her culinary degree at the Paul Bocuse Institute.
Her culinary style is best described as modern, seasonal, harmonizing and respectful of the produce, drawing on single product techniques, textures and inspiration from all over the world.

THE CONCEPT

The Supper Club started in October 2016 at The Hood Paris, with the aim of creating an all sensory dining experience with food and music being the main theme. The goal is to bring people together of various backgrounds, while inspired by our respective Asian and European heritage.

With Chef Khanh Ly Huynh (Winner of Masterchef France 2015, Co-founder of The Hood Paris), the Supper Clubs have travelled to Singapore and Paris and the pleasure of feeding and meeting over 130 over diners in various off the beaten track locations.

THE MUSIC & FOOD

Music being an essential element to the overall experience, a playlist is especially curated for each supperclub. You can catch a snippet of our last playlist here
